TENDER CUM AUCTION FOR DISPOSAL OF VEHICLE (PETROL VEHICLES)
Sealed tenders are invited in the prescribed forms, which can be collected from the office
of the undersigned or can be downloaded from bank’s website www.corpbank.com from
02 11 2009 to 10 11 2009 for disposal of the following bank vehicles in “as is where is
condition”. The vehicles are available for inspection at Corporation Bank Head Office,
Mangalore – 575001 between 10.00 a. m. and 4.00 p.m on any working day. ( Saturday
up to 1.00 p.m. ).

Separate tenders should be submitted for each of the vehicle in separate sealed covers
addressed to the undersigned and marked “ Tender for Purchase of ………….Car- Reg
No. …… “ along with the Earnest Money Deposit prescribed above for each vehicle.
The EMD should be in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay Order only, drawn in favour of
CORPORATION BANK, payable at Mangalore. EMD will be refunded to the
unsuccessful tenderers / bidders.
The successful tenderer/bidder is required to pay 25% of the tendered /bid amount
immediately and remaining 75% within 7 days. The EMD of the successful
bidder/tenderer is liable to be forfeited and the offer shall stand rejected unless the full
price is paid by the successful tenderer/bidder within 7 days of the acceptance of the
tender. The successful tenderer/bidder is also required to pay VAT @ 4% of the bid
amount.
Last day for receipt of the tenders is 2.30 p. m. on 10.11.2009. The tenders will be
opened at 3 p.m. on the same day by the undersigned at this office in the presence of the
tenderers who should be present and auction of the vehicles will be conducted thereafter.
Only those tenderers who submit the tender form along with prescribed EMD will be
allowed to participate in the Auction Process. The Bank reserves the right to decide the
final bid or reject the sealed tenders or cancel the auction without assigning any reasons
thereof.
